Our church is engaged in a variety of overseas ministry opportunities, but our Mexico outreach has become a staple of who we are. About four times per year we build a house for a family in need in Mexico, usually in the Ensenada area barrios. We have partnered with Hands of Mercy and Pouring Out Hope to engage in these outreaches. Our apporach is unique; we have a housebuild day in our church parking lot where about 50 people come build the house in components. The peices are then stacked on a trailer and then a month later we take a team of 25 people down to Mexico where we then build and install the house, complete with patio, loft, plumbing and electricity, if available.
